MPDV Campus is the Consulting section of the MPDV Group, to advise manufacturing companies in their efforts towards Lean Production. Our approach is based on an optimized combination of process improvement through Lean- and TPM methods, executed through modern IT infrastructure (Lean IT). The entire MPDV Campus spectrum stretches from analysis/assessment ("As Is"), via the concept establishment together with the customer, to the realization and implementation of the new target concept ("To Be").
Besides internal customer consulting, MPDV Campus also proactively engages in public seminars and in partnerships with renowned industrial organizations, associations and federations.
Last but not least, MPDV Campus is actively involved in manifold research projects with universities and research institutes.
