The web-based MES-Cockpit allows to quickly & comfortably view all most relevant information from the operation field at a glance - just by the click of the mouse in individual dashboards. Suiting everybody's individual interest, the MES-Cockpit allows a drill-down to any kind of detailed data on the levels of plant, cost center, group or single workplace/machine. The web user simply derives all desired KPI's at no time, and thus engages in a real-time control process, based on a highly transparent information platform with high data integrity.

With xMES, MPDV offers an MES function package that is entirely embedded into the SAP GUI environment on basis of SAP NetWeaver. xMES is directly based on the Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence Workbench (MII) of SAP AG and offers comprehensive data capturing functions, wide-ranging machine connectivity interfaces and dashboards for production performance reporting. Typical applications are highly transparent real-time WIP monitors, shift logs, KPI/OEE-reports or status analysis.
